Section 1
Disposition versions
1. In order to be recognized by the Minister of Health and Social Services, a drug manufacturer (manufacturer of medications) shall satisfy the following requirements:
(1) he must manufacture, produce, import or sell drugs under his name or under a trademark;
(2) he must agree to be bound by the commitment in Schedule I and sign that commitment;
(3) (paragraph revoked).
